You choose, we shop, it turns up.

1. Fill your basket

Browse the categories or search for what you need. Prices are the last ones we saw on the shelf, so they’re marked as estimates.

For each item, tell us what to do if it’s out: pick the best match, swap for a specific item you choose, or don’t substitute. You can add a note for your shopper too, like “green bananas, please”.

2. Check out

Add your address (island postcodes IM1 to IM9), pick a 2-hour delivery slot and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We hold the estimated total plus a little extra (15%) in case prices have gone up. It’s a hold, not a charge.

3. We do the shop

On the day, your shopper picks everything by hand and checks the dates. If something’s out, they’ll suggest a swap and you’ll get an email to approve or decline it. You never pay for a swap you didn’t agree to.

4. We charge the real amount

When the shop is done, we take only what your shopper actually paid at the till plus our fees, and release the rest of the hold. If the total would ever be more than you authorised, we ask first.

5. It turns up

Our driver brings it round in your slot. If your order has alcohol, tobacco or energy drinks, they’ll check photo ID at the door. No ID, no handover, sorry.
