Fees
What you pay, and why
No membership, no surprises. Three things, all shown before you pay.
Your shopping
What the till says, not a penny more. Prices on the site are the last ones we saw on the shelf, so they’re estimates.
Delivery: £4.99
A flat fee for your 2-hour slot, however big the shop. Some areas or premium slots may differ; you’ll always see the fee before you pay.
Service fee: 8%
This pays your shopper. It’s 8% of your shopping, never less than £1.50 and never more than £6.00.
Small basket fee: £2.00
Only on shops under £15.00, because it’s still a full trip for us.
The card hold
At checkout we hold your estimated total plus 15% in case prices have crept up. After shopping we take the real amount and release the rest straight away (your bank may take a few days to show it). We never take more than you authorised without asking.
